Selection of design criteria for the coagulation and flocculation unit in the cimanggis drinking water treatment plant

چکیده
Abstract Coagulation and flocculation are essential components of drinking water treatment, because they provide a reliable process for treating turbidity. This study aims to use design criteria that can be used Cimanggis Water Treatment Plant (WTP), so it produce fulfills the Drinking Quality Standard No. 492 Year 2010 by Health Minister Republic Indonesia. The WTP development refers existing condition Legong Konvensional 2 WTP, considering raw quality is almost same as WTP. Determination was carried out literature evaluating conditions evaluation done direct measurements plant dimensions. From results data analysis, will G value 393.78/sec coagulation unit; 40-10/sec unit, detention time (t d ) 112.5 seconds 18.8 minutes G.t 44,311 27,158 unit.
